We are seeking energetic and innovative CSSD Team Leaders with a strong team focus to assist in the day to day coordination of the Central Sterilising Stores Department activities.
In this role you will be required to lead a busy team of CSSD Technicians to ensure departmental tasks are achieved in an effective and efficient manner. This position requires an individual with the ability to be a positive role model and a passionate mentor.
The ability to work a rotating 7-day roster is required.

You will have exceptional communication skills and will be a passionate mentor with the capability to support and assist in the leadership of a team of professionals.
You will also demonstrate;
- Cert III in Sterilisation
- Minimum 3 (three) years' CSSD experience essential with demonstrated leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of standards & AS5369 requirements
- Experience in competency assessment and staff training

About Our Hospital
North West Private Hospital is a fully accredited surgical, obstetric and medical hospital situated 15 mins north west of the Brisbane CBD in the leafy suburb of Everton Park. It is an acute care hospital committed to providing the highest standards of specialised services, skilled personnel and sophisticated technologies.
The hospital is licensed for 150 beds and has recently undergone a $55 million upgrade that has included the incorporation of additional beds, two additional operating theatres with advanced Stryker equipment, four intensive care beds, two critical/coronary care unit beds, additional four oncology chairs, a multideck car parking building (with free parking) and a new separate specialist consulting suite building on site.
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
