The Position

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting new zoo in the role of Culture & Visitor Experience Operations Manager, utilising your skills in an area that you are genuinely passionate about. The role will commence as soon as possible!

As the Culture & Visitor Experience Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working as a key liaison internally and externally to develop and deliver Visitor Experience special projects, new products, and events. You will work with internal departments to coordinate the operational functions of large-scale events and in-zoo activations, VIP visits, and Visitor Experience Operations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in operations and event management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate computer systems, programmes, and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under direction, being able to demonstrate initiative.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Possess a current driver's license without limitation.
