Job Description
Are you enthusiastic, hardworking and a "patient focused" person?
The role will include a number of responsibilities, ranging from:
- Liaising with clinicians on the phone to coordinate their workflow
- Coordinating treatment plans and restorative cases with clinicians
- Generating client invoices
- Maintaining spreadsheets with critical work related data,
- Providing administrative support to senior management
- Checking lab orders before they are despatched to ensure correct items are sent out
Key Applicant Attributes
The successful applicant will:
- Have tertiary qualifications
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Have the ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Be a fast learner
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A friendly outgoing personality
- Be a team player
- Knowledge of Office Software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, MYOB
