Customer Care Specialist / Service Admin

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at Westco Motors BMW, one of FNQ's leading prestige automotive dealerships for an Customer Care Specialist / Service Administrator.  You will also assist in roles such as Service Advisor / Service Admin & Reception.

You will work with one of the world's leading automotive brands, BMW.

• A strong commitment to customer service with a focus on surpassing each and every customer's expectations, every time.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritise work to be completed with Service Technicians and Aftersales Manager
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent phone, written and face to face communication skills
• Competent computer skills are vital to ensure records and data are entered into the Dealer Management System adequately
• The ability to multi-task and be well organised
• Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously when required
• Enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable
• Prior mechanical experience an advantage but not essential
• Prior dealership experience or working within a Premium Service Environment an advantage but not essential

Duties required (but not limited to):

• Making Service bookings
• Performing light reception duties
• Various clerical duties
• Ensuring the reception and dealership areas are kept clean presentable
• Carrying out tasks that involve data entry
• Assisting with general administration when required
• Doing follow up calls
• Checking of recalls
• Preparing future service bookings
• Warranty claim processing
