A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at Westco Motors BMW, one of FNQ's leading prestige automotive dealerships for an Customer Care Specialist / Service Administrator. You will also assist in roles such as Service Advisor / Service Admin & Reception.

- A strong commitment to customer service with a focus on surpassing each and every customer's expectations, every time.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise work to be completed with Service Technicians and Aftersales Manager
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent phone, written and face to face communication skills
- Competent computer skills are vital to ensure records and data are entered into the Dealer Management System adequately
- The ability to multi-task and be well organised
- Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously when required
- Enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable
- Prior mechanical experience an advantage but not essential
- Prior dealership experience or working within a Premium Service Environment an advantage but not essential
Duties required (but not limited to):
- Making Service bookings
- Performing light reception duties
- Various clerical duties
- Ensuring the reception and dealership areas are kept clean presentable
- Carrying out tasks that involve data entry
- Assisting with general administration when required
- Doing follow up calls
- Checking of recalls
- Preparing future service bookings
- Warranty claim processing
