The Role:
Reporting to the Supply and Demand Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide day to day Customer Service through ordering, invoicing, stock management and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Verification of stock availability and allocation
- Same day order entry before defined cut off times
- Ensure that quality held stock is managed and managing customer returns in an orderly fashion
- Assisting logistics coordinator with communication to customers
- Creation of weekly reports for customers on stock availability and upcoming production makes
- Building strong relationships with customer base
- Provision of samples to customers as required
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to provide quality service to customers
- Have extensive Customer Service experience
- Have the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with customers at various levels
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- Show to ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
