Customer Experience Consultant

They are now searching for a likeminded Customer Experience Consultant to join their team at their brand new retail store located in Narre Warren. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster including Saturdays.
 
As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers when they visit the store, assisting with acquisition and conversion of new customers. Your warm, approachable and positive energy as well as your ability to communicate with customers and anticipate their needs will see you succeed in this role.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Follow through customer enquiries, requests or complaints and keep customers up to date
• Meet and greet customers
• Support lead generation to drive sales outcomes
• Event management
• Provide support to Sales Consultants
• Ensure customers have a positive experience when visiting store

Requirements include:

• Exceptional customer service

• Flexibility working to a rotating roster which includes weekends
