They are one of the world's largest IT Communications businesses with a heavy footprint across all industry sectors. They are based in the heart of Brisbane's CBD and offer a hybrid working environment with 3 days in office.
It is a 12-month contract initially with scope to extend further.
What you'll be doing:
You will be managing multiple projects to deliver customer business outcomes fortransactional and subscription projects. Ideally you have experience working with government customers across Network, Infrastructure & software project delivery. Other daily tasks will include:
- Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction
- Project-level planning and lead execution
- Project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability
- Resource management plan throughout the delivery life cycle
- Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy
- Execution of contract Change Management process
You should have be confident delivering on the following::
- Overseeing the end to end project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget and timeline.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- Software, product and infrastructure implementation
- Ensure scope and Change Management are in place for the project duration
- Accurate resource forecasting
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Risk and issue management
- Project status & governance reporting
- Accurate revenue and cost management forecasting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
