Our client is a privately owned finance company who are looking for a resilient and strong negotiator to support their administration, compliance, and legal functions. They are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, and results-driven person, that can handle a variety of tasks and enjoys administration.
This is a full-time role, and you can choose your daily hours from a start time of 7.30am to 8.30am and a finish time of 4pm to 5pm.
Located in Southport with a modern fit-out and supply car parking, plus gym membership.
Role responsibilities include:
- Prepare, file and serve Statement of Claim/Application
- Prepare and file Default Judgments
- Reviewing financial hardship applications
- Responding to disputes and compliant management
- Quality assurance and call monitoring
- Compliance and reporting
- Assisting in administration and working closely with other departments for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Driven for successful outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
- Adherence to confidentiality and compliance
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Be a team player as well as an ability to work autonomously
