Hybrid Role - Must be available to work from site (Queen Street, Brisbane) and from home.

Training onsite for 6-8 weeks, then will transitions to Hybrid model 1 day working onsite / 4 days working from home.

Availability

Must be available to work 38 hours a week on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm. No weekend work required!

Duties

  • Respond to High Volume inbound calls.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Service experience will be highly regarded.
  • Use your initiative to assist others both colleagues and customers alike to reach common goals.
  • Be technically savvy.
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative
  • Have a high level of resilience.
  • Strong attention to detail
