ABOUT THE ROLE
Site Based Position. Warehouse and Office Located in Thomastown.
As Customer Service you will be an integral point of contact for sales reps, on premise, retail, online and private customers. You will be the first point of call for all customer and stock queries in the organisation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General administration duties including daily reception
• Processing orders and assisting logistics staff with monitoring delivery confirmations
• Supporting Sales Executives with scope of work
• Supporting senior management within the business unit as required
• Assist warehouse staff with stock control
• Sales and debtor reporting
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting with managing and ordering supplies for all business units
• Assisting with coordinating annual events including trade shows, yearly public sales
• Assist accounts receivable
• Other Administrative duties as required
• Banking and receipt allocation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
• Strong communications skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
• An aptitude for problem-solving
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ideally, experience working with inventory and accounting systems (Fishbowl/Reckon)
• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Negotiable starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + super
