Customer Service Administration - Fashion Head Office

We are currently working with an Australian owned fashion apparel company and they are looking for a Customer Service / Admin team member for their head office in Melbourne's North.
  
You will be required to:

• liaise with national and international accounts - majors and independents
• manage enquiries
• process orders
• invoicing
• monitor delivery dates
• manage stock levels
• use AP21 and Shopify

The ideal candidate will:

• have experience with EDI orders / ERP systems
• show a high attention to detail
• display excellent communication skills
• be confident
• be IT proficient; AP21 and Shopify is an advantage
• have worked with major retailers within the fashion industry
