The role of a Customer Service Advisor, is all about building and fostering relationships with customers and managing their automotive service requirements. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and your friendly demeanour and expert guidance will set the tone for their service experience, making a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.
You will be provided with on-the-job training to enable you to perform the following:
- Liaising with customers at drop and pick up
- Responding to customer queries
- Coordinate daily service appointments
- Ensure timely and regular follow ups are provided to the customer
- Build ongoing professional relationships with new and existing customers
Applicants must have;
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or receptionist roles is a plus.
