We have multiple Australian based manufacturing facilities and can tailor our products to suit numerous contract manufacturing situations. In addition, our products are now exported to S.E. Asia, Europe, Middle East and USA. With exponential growth, we are looking for an experienced purchasing manager to join our team based in Leichhardt.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role suits an energetic, proactive all-rounder who thrives in a busy and friendly environment.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills, either face to face, phone or via email in a friendly and professional manner
- Super organised, can work under pressure and towards multi-deadlines
- High attention to details
- SAP experience or equivalent an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Taking inbound queries/customer orders through phone, email & web
- Create pick list and coordinate with warehouse for pick packing
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure customers stay within credit/payment terms before goods are dispatched
- Manage invoicing
- Manage goods return and credit notes
- Manage daily deliveries including courier pick up
To be considered for the role, you’ll have
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service experiences
