We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join a young and vibrant team in the automotive space.What you'll be doing: Managing inbound inquiries and calls (around 10 per day) Closing and actioning support tickets. Manage incoming sales calls and utilise product knowledge to support business growth. Gather customer feedback and recommending adjustments to products and processes. Offering recommendations for product enhancements based on local trends, feedback, and market insights Assisting in the handling member inquiries, complaints, and conflicts Support the site manager in daily operations What you'll need to be successful: Experience delivering high quality Customer Service and resolving complaints and taking feedback.
