Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to uphold our service excellence and drive innovation in customer interaction. This role is pivotal in leading our after-sales team, aligning with our core values, and fostering a proactive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards and after-sales support.
  • Manage rostering and wage controls efficiently.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture that resonates with the values of Invincible Energy.
  • Oversee all after-sales service departments to ensure optimal performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of three years in team management and leadership, preferably within the solar industry.
  • At least two years of Customer Service experience in the solar sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the residential and commercial solar installation processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
