About the role:
Red Energy is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join our team. You will be taking inbound calls from our existing customers, helping them with a range of different enquiries, including general account enquiries, payments and billing queries.
We are offering full time work from home opportunities, working on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm (AEST) with a day off during that week
You will need:
- At least 12 months of recent Customer Service experience
- An appropriate work from home 'set up' with multiple screens which will help you navigate through numerous system
- A willingness to self motivate, learn and continuously develop
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
