The Role
Sitting in the Customer Service division, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with clients
Acting as the liaison between the Sales, Operations and Account Management team for the Customer regarding their account queries providing regular updates in accordance with the company’s SOP’s
Shipment information
Order status/ updates
Grievances/ Complaints
Monitoring ongoing claims
Invoice queries
Billing queries
Ad hoc Customer Service duties as directed
Experience Required
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written, highly service orientated.
Knowledge and experience of air and sea operations both import & export would be highly beneficial but is not essential
Intermediate Excel Skills
