Your Role:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be in a key role responsible for Credit administration within the Customer Service team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Investigating customer credits for accuracy
Maintaining & updating information in the system
Ongoing review of credits outstanding
Reporting on customer credit status, decisions, etc
Implementing and applying credit administration procedures
Reviewing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Assisting with Customer Service calls | orders as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience processing | managing credit notes, debits, returns
Understanding of customer credit limits
Previous experience in a Customer Service | call centre environment
Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP an advantage)
