Shinyuan International is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with outstanding Customer Service and excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
Duties:
- Onboarding of new clients, ensuring the adherence of AML/ CTF compliance for all clients
- Amending, reviewing, and collecting data on clients in line with established policies and procedures
- Reviewing and updating information in customer relationship management (CRM) for new clients or changes to existing clients
- Using your skills to provide education on our services and platform to clients
- Market our deals and services through continuous education and interaction with our clients
- Keep up with global financial news and intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts so as to provide advice to clients
- Undertake foreign exchange and money market dealing entries
Requirements:
- Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing is mandatory
- Ability to work towards KPIs
- Previous Customer Service experience (preferably in the banking industry)
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to learn and confidently use a number of technical financial systems
- Effective communication with clients via phone and email
- Managing a pipeline of active opportunities
