The Customer Service & Informatics Manager in Central Pharmacy will lead governance, compliance and reporting requirements, including service quality audits and improvement initiatives, managing Central Pharmacy service level commitments and KPI reporting, and comprehensive data reporting including financial, inventory and service performance. As a state-wide reference point, the role will provide advanced technical advice regarding pharmaceutical products to Central Pharmacy staff and clients, establish and maintain business relationships with Central Pharmacy customers and develop new business opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated advanced level of pharmacy knowledge, providing technical and clinical advice on pharmaceutical products to stakeholders in the management and supply of product lines, rationing/allocation of stock and pharmaceutical product recalls.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills and success in the establishment, management and maintenance of business partnerships with clients and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at sector and industry levels.
- Demonstrated highly developed inter-personal skills, consultation and effective communication with personnel at all levels in the organisation, external organisations and professional groups in both the public and private sectors.
- Extensive high-level experience in product and/or service sales in the pharmaceutical industry, including customer relationship management, developing new opportunities, service agreement negotiations and service marketing.
- An in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical product supply chain in the Queensland public hospital sector that considers the political context of federal government reforms and state government policy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using and generating reports in iPharmacy and S4HANA, including an understanding of how data is stored, processed and extracted.
- Demonstrated ability to generate reports using SQL based analytical data platforms, including the demonstrated ability to update and maintain websites.
