Job description

At Breeze Balm, we're on an exciting journey to elevate our Customer Service experience, and we're searching for a Customer Service Manager who's looking for more than just a job – we're offering a career-defining role.   • Lead with Empathy and Innovation: Develop and execute a Customer Service strategy that's true to the Breeze Balm spirit – friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Take ownership of the Customer Service department, setting a high standard for service and team morale.
  • Team Building and Inspiration: Create a team environment where growth, learning, and laughter are key. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to providing outstanding Customer Service.
  • Enhance Every Interaction: Use your skills to make our Customer Service interactions memorable and meaningful. Listen, learn, and adapt, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Simplify and Improve: Evaluate our processes and technologies with an eye for making things smoother and more efficient. Your innovative ideas will help us serve our customers better.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Keep tabs on performance, using data to inform strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure customer insights are integrated into our broader business strategy, working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
