Customer Service Manager and warehouse interface management

We all appreciate our roles & positions within this fast growing family business, we provide a highly systemised environment with a NEW CRM software implemented to support the whole team and enable the new team member to step in and manage all our internal Sales and Customer service for our customer base. There will be training provided for the CRM and then the manager can develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve all aspects of Customer Service, sales support and relationships with our distributors. The persons role is important and interaction with others is key. office and warehouses.
We will Support New Customer Service Manager.
- Full-time hours position per week, Monday to Friday only

Role Involves:
- Our products are always required throughout the nation, so a new employee is required to have a keen eye for detail when managing how this business ships our client’s orders.
- Checking the order management process when orders are received and entering them into our CRM order entry system as per sales orders.
- Update and manage the documented procedures and systems, this will ensure great after sales support and service for our customers.
- The role requires a team player and leader for our team to support and liaise with, day to day, who can be relied upon, works in well with others and bring a positive outlook.
- This role is fast paced, making the time in the day fly.
- We are looking for that team member who is keen to serve our customers has good phone mannerism and day to day questions asked by our customers.
- Skills to manage staff and performance management is essential.
- The training is extensive and covers all the procedures to give our customers excellent service and products as they order them.
