About the Role:
As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead management and converting
- Provide excellent support to our customers throughout their application and settlement journey
- Be a primary point of contact for customers & channel accounts.
- Business and professional development inclusion and opportunities
- Achieving monthly and weekly operational KPIs
- Supporting team members when required, and maintaining strong relationships with the team
- Additional administration duties and tasks that arise.

- A history of success in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- A self-motivated, positive individual who is focused on success and improvement
- Sound computer skills and ability to utilize multiple platforms
- Strong sales and negotiation skillset
