Customer Service Manager - Mackay

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Mackay, working from our local office in Mackay. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Planning and overseeing service levels
• Budget and P/L reporting
• Identifying and assisting in new business opportunities
• Client liaison
• Contract management
• Reporting
• Health and Safety
• Staff management & training

Previous experience in contract cleaning and or facility maintenance is looked upon favourably, however we welcome applicants who also feel they meet and can demonstrate the following criteria: 

• Experience in contract management
• Strong Customer Service focus
• Good organisational skills
• Can motivate, lead, and train staff
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven background in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Friendly disposition and proactive, can-do attitude.

This position comes with a vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop. Some travel is required.
