Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee our team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional Customer Service operations.

• Collaborate with managers in other departments to address customer complaints or concerns effectively.

• Provide comprehensive training and guidance to staff, fostering consistency across all stores.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability, embracing innovative ideas.

• Maintain and exceed excellent Customer Service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.

• Experience in providing Customer Service support.

• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Advantageous Skills (Not Essential):

• Certificate IV in Financial Services.

• Demonstrated experience in retail management.
