Based at head office in Dandenong South, this key leadership role is an excellent oppportunity for a dynamic professional who enjoys providing technical support and leadership to service technicians and customer service staff in VIC.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and providing efficient, on time delivery of compressor servicing for customers.
Providing comprehensive day to day management of projects to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes for customers.
Managing financials for the branch service operation
Inspiring staff by providing a challenging and rewarding environment
Supervising service and warranty administration
Developing and growing the branch service business
About You
You will be a strong leader who knows how to get the best out of your people. You are results focussed and take pride in being across all your operational KPIs for service delivery, ensuring a great customer experience every time.
Experience in a trade workshop or technical business will set you in good stead, as will strong administration skills. If you have a trade qualification or spare parts interpretation experience yourself that will be a distinct advantage, however we welcome candidates from various backgrounds with a passion for what they do.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience working in a phone based customer service environment
Ability to monitor spare parts inventory levels and supervise stocktakes
Good computer skills, with ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and Powerpoint
Experience managing budgets and expense reports
