mlcoa are seeking talented individuals to join our centralised DVA team, where we will bring all operational functions together.
We are looking for team members who can learn new skills, think laterally, work diligently, and are committed to process improvement and service excellence.
If you have experience across multiple functions, that's a plus!
We require an exceptional client Service Officers who have a passion for high performance and customer outcomes. You will be critical in ensuring that the right appointment and consultant are booked for an optimal outcome both for the customer, DVA and mlcoa.
You will have a strong attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt. You thrive on working in a fast paced but supportive environment and you have a strong desire to be part of an important and highly valued centralisation of mlcoa key customer.
Ideal candidates have one or more experiences working across different business functions at mlcoa i.e.: file prep, scheduling, invoicing and CSO.
The role will require a strong aptitude to cross skill into at minimum two role functions. Ie: CSO and invoicing or File prep and invoicing experience to ensure we have a strong capable team.
This is an essential requirement of the role.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with DVA customer to plan and implement agreed services
- Scheduling of appointments and aligning correct consultant with appointment
- Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services
- Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
- Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Client Services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
- A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
- Attention to detail is a must
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
