About the role
We are looking for amazing people to join our passionate Customer Service team.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions to our valued clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Proactively calling customers to check in on their banking needs.
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service to our customers by forming connections with customers and bringing personality and enthusiasm to every interaction
- The set up and management of the lifecycle of all product types (Savings, Business & Term Deposit Accounts)
- Working across multiple platforms in order to manage payment processing, transactions and investigations.
- Internet banking account creation and administration
- Educating and assisting customers on our self service online facilities
About you
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have experience in a Customer Service environment
