Just Quality is one of South Australia's largest Home improvement companies. We’re privately owned, and we’ve been operating here in South Australia for nearly a decade. We’re currently located on Port Road in the old Coca Cola building (10-15 min drive from Adelaide CBD). We specialise in Roofing, Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Garage Doors, Artificial Turf, Paving and Interior Block Out Blinds. We are market leaders in all fields, using our own unique range of products, which sets us apart from the rest.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER FOR JUST QUALITY
We are looking for the right person to join our team! Someone who is highly motivated, and understands the importance of exceptional Customer Service skills.
You will be joining our Customer Service team to qualify leads over the phone, booking appointments for in-home measure and assessment with customers that enquire about our products. There is no cold calling on this job. You must be confident on the phone with excellent phone manner and attitude.
It is desired that you are a switched-on professional who can build rapport quickly and uncover the needs of prospective clients from varying sources. You will need to remain organised in fast-paced environments, tracking opportunities and follow up by keeping methodical records in the database. Salaries are based on previous experiences. Training and on-going support will be provided for the successful candidate. You will need to be honest, trustworthy, reliable and is able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident and has a fun bubbly personality
- Has exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- Is passionate about superior Customer Service
- Is highly motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
- Has fluent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications
- Has excellent attention to detail and great time management skills
- Has experiences coordinating appointments and customer relationship marketing
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Has experiences of working as part of a team with designated goals, performance targets and or KPI's
