About the role
As a Customer Service Officer based in our Port Macquarie office, you will attend to all customer queries, open accounts for new customers, process LPG Orders, customer payments, deliveries and input manual sales dockets. You will also ensure that all orders are passed on to transport for timely delivery and all administration functions are carried out efficiently.
What you will enjoy doing
- You will provide a high standard of Customer Service while answering calls and emails
- Liaison with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors
- Further you will assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity
- Perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments
- Adjust scheduling for drivers when required is part of your role
- Comply with Company Policy and Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
What makes you great
- Previous Customer Service and administrative/clerical experience
- You have a high level of verbal and written communication
- Able to liaise and consult with internal and external clients and staff with a focus on Customer Service
- Moreover you are able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Sound computing skills, particularly accurate data entry
- You have already demonstrated initiative and organizational skills, and flexibility to work in a team environment and also autonomously
