Our Client is a leading, Australian based designer and manufacturer of mounting equipment for digital displays. Their innovative solutions has seen them expand internationally with clients now in NZ, North America and the UK.
As a function of their continued growth and success, our client has a vacant Customer Service Officer role they are currently looking to fill. The successful applicant would be joining a small, tight knit and supportive, Customer Service Team based in their headquarters at Macquarie Park, Sydney.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager your Key Responsibilities include:
- Order entry/Sample stock preparation.
- Stock Availability requests.
- Provide ETA dates for orders received via phone or email.
- Sales Enquiries – phone, email or walk-ins.
- Generate product and/or freight quotes.
- Issue of pro forma invoices & payment options.
- Raising invoices for orders generated & releasing to client.
- Point of contact for phone calls, sales enquiries.
- Data entry into Customer Relations Management (CRM) software
- Maintain Australia freight manifests.
- Review freight Quotes and Invoices.
- Courier bookings & pickups.
- Assisting with tenders.
- Archiving, Filing, Making up new customer files for debtor files.
- General administration.
- Experienced in Customer Service and Office Admin Activities.
- Customer-focused sales and support.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Collaborative and cooperative attitude.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Min 3 years experience in a Customer Service role.
- Experience providing sales support for a Company product (preferred)
- Experienced in the use of CRM and ERP Systems.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar (preferred).
