We're currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Welcome Team Contact Centre located in our new, state-of-the-art facility in Inglewood. This position is for a fixed term of six months with the possibility of permanent employment. We accept part-time and full-time applicants.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact for all prospective clients providing exceptional Customer Service via different channels to support client's evolving needs across our various services.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience providing professional telephone support in a call centre environment
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, as well as selling skills and experience; and able to assist with client enquiries via a range of channels
- High problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Genuine interest and commitment to service excellence in aged care, disability services, community care support sectors, and health industry
