- Salary ranges from $79,032 to $86,539 + super + flex leave
Our Customer Service & Advice team are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer to contribute expertise in this supportive team of subject matter experts. The role provides guidance and support to customers and stakeholders addressing a diverse range of Crown Land services.
We are a dynamic, fun-loving, and flexible team and encourage hybrid working. We blend time in the office (collaborating with your team) with time working from home to ensure your work/life balance is in check.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be an exceptional communicator, who has the ability to actively listen to others and respond with understanding and respect, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will bring your customer experience expertise to the table, and you won’t be afraid to share your own ideas and challenge our processes.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- High attention to detail and initiative to solve problems and triage complex matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A high degree of resilience allows you to handle peaks and troughs in workload
