In addition, we have sourced the world's leading automated production equipment which greatly enhances our production efficiency, saving on our client's time and costs.

Roles & Responsibilities
Order Processing and Management:
- Oversee the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Process client orders with precision and ensure they are entered into the system with complete accuracy.
- Regularly review and analyze orders for any discrepancies or special requirements.
Client Communication and Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to orders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proactively inform clients of order status, inventory levels, and product information.
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Liaise with the production team to align client orders with production schedules.
- Assist in production planning by providing insights on client priorities and deadlines.
- Participate in production meetings to discuss challenges and forecast future order volumes.
Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve any issues related to orders, including delays, quality concerns, or miscommunications.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for action.
Reporting, Documentation, and Record Keeping:
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, orders, and all communication.
- Develop and present regular reports on order status, challenges, and client feedback to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast needs, and improve service delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
- Gather client feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements in products, services, and processes to higher management.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with Business Development, Production Planning, Logistics, and other departments to ensure cohesive team efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members or other departments about order processing and client handling.
