AddressThe Role
The Customer Service Officer (Events Concierge) reporting to the Team Leader Customer Service, will work collaboratively with the Tourism and Events Development Lead, all Council departments and external stakeholders to meet Council’s objectives of providing excellent Customer Service.
This role provides front line interface as an Events Concierge and Liaison to assist customers with their queries on venues and events and any execution Council can assist with through interaction with other Council teams and reducing red tape to deliver great customer experiences. The role will also undertake general frontline Customer Service duties.
About You
You will have completed Year 12 or have equivalent knowledge gained through work experience and have demonstrated administration experience including word processing and data entry. You will also be able to deal with confidential matters, and have well developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a particular emphasis on conflict resolution.
You will have competency in all Microsoft Office applications, other digital data collection and reporting systems. Additionally, you have be familiar with event registration/booking systems, such as SpacetoCo or similar.
