- Small & Medium-Term Loans.

- Buying, selling, and loaning on gold jewellery, electronics, and other items of value.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) your role will include:
- Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.
- Underwriting loans (secured and unsecured).
- Resolving any customer queries and enquiries.
- Retail sales.
- Valuing, testing, and researching retail items for purchase & sale.
- General administration & data entry.
We are currently looking for a CSO to work on a fulltime basis at our Ingleburn branch.
Typical hours will be 38 hours per week, generally across 5 days with no weekend work.
About You:
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:
- Face-to-face Customer Service experience & confidence in managing customer expectations.
- Cash handling experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
- Passion to work towards individual and branch KPIs.
- Ability to problem-solve and be capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and driven team player
- Flexibility to travel to other local branches is highly desirable.
