ABOUT THE ROLE
- Utilise your existing Customer Service experience in this fantastic opportunity where you will be cross trained and shown the ins and outs of what it takes to become a personal banker
- Meeting and greeting members and proactively assisting with their banking needs
- Handle all members enquiries (face-to-face, telephone or email) relating to accounts
- Actively promote our products and services
- Meeting branch and individual KPIs and targets
- Undertake ad hoc administrative work using our Police Bank systems.
- You are based in Narellan or surrounding areas - you will be required to work from the branch 5 days a week
ABOUT YOU
- While some banking experience is ideal, we are open to candidates with previous experience in a face-to-face customer focused role (retail and hospitality)
- You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- You are a team player, passionate about helping customers and willing to pull your sleeves up to get the work done.
