Calling all passionate Customer Service superstars!Troocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit multiple Call Centre Officers (AO2) potentially commencing Monday 8th of April for 3 months, with possible extension.
MUST be available during evenings & Saturdays
$35.04 p/hour + super | Based in Southbank - Mon-Sat rotating roster
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions!
The role:
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the contact centre
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer
- You must be available to start next Monday (8th April) if successful.
- You must be available for full-time (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm) training for the first 2 weeks
- Busy, supportive and fun team!
- Experience within Customer Service (retail) & contact centre is essential
- Ability to be flexible and work evenings (up to 8pm) & Saturdays (between 9am-3pm)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Communicating information clearly and concisely
