A little bit about the role:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer
- Match individuals with disabilities to impactful services based on knowledge of NDIS framework and the disability sector
- Identify lead opportunities for possible growth
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, service users, families, staff, and advocates.
- Provide accurate information regarding client services.
- Assist individuals with diverse and complex care needs.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and families via phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional support, utilizing Endeavour Foundation planning tools, to help decision makers understand their support requirements.
- Support national NDIS sales acquisition strategy by partnering with Marketing, Service Delivery, and Regional Sites for field sales action plans.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing for increased sales conversion and repeat business.
What will you bring:
- Experience using Call Centre Telephony and ticket creation.
- Experience using CareLink software system (desirable).
- Experience within disability services (desirable).
- Excellent verbal communication skills both with colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
