Salary from $76,499.51 pro rata per annum plus superannuation
(Salary package will be assessed based on skills, experience and qualifications)
About the Position
We are looking to fill multiple roles, one being a Permanent position working up to 35 hours per week and a Term contract to September 2024 working up to 31.5 hours per week. Negotiation and flexibility of hours will be available for the right candidate.

Exciting opportunity exists for Customer Service magicians to fill the role of Customer Service Officer in our team. The role can work across all customer contact points and provides our community with answers, information and is the voice of the customer into the business.
We are committed to development and training; we will work with your learning style and pace to help you get up to speed. We are all about learning by trying and giving it a go.
You need to be available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm
What you will be doing:
- You will respond to enquiries and resolve issues raised by the community.
- You will arrange for matters to be referred onto other business unit referrals where follow up and technical advice is necessary.
- You will ensure positive customer interactions align to organisational values and relevant policy and processes.
- You will be working with the community vis telephone, face to face, email and webchat.
- You will primarily work in our Customer Service Centre and may also provide services via our Customer Communications Centre.
