This company has multiple manufacturing sites across Australia and has continued to grow and increase market share. Due to this substantial growth they are seeking a number of Customer Service Officers to join the team.
Role: Customer Service Officer
job Type: Contract for 6 months
Location: Docklands, Melbourne.
As a Customer Service Officer (Hybrid Role - working 4 days from home and 1 day from office in Docklands) you will be working on client's online portal supporting through inbound customer interactions. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will:
- Manage customer enquiries
- Deliver customer solutions within SLA’s
- Have professional, concise and accurate communication with customers
- Actively seek to identify service opportunities and deliver solutions where possible
- Achieve call quality targets
- Build relationships with various customers
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Technical knowledge relating to service centres and competency in utilising MS Office suite
- Customer Service Background
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Systems knowledge including SAP & Siebel (highly regarded)
- Excellent problem solving skills to take on complex tasks and methodically work through solutions
These are 6 months contract/temporary positions(with a potential to extend) offering 38 hours per week (7.6hrs per day) on roster shift between 7 AM-6:30 PM Mon to Friday and 7 AM -4 PM on Saturdays
