Summary of duties
The Customer Service Officer reports to the Team Leader BusinessSystems Service Desk to ensure the provision of high quality firstlevel customer support functions to clients, management and staffof Shared Services SA.
Experience in providing high quality support to customers throughphone and email contact in areas such as issue resolution, advicein how to use systems and administration of user profiles.
The incumbent will be required to liaise with a range of staffwithin Shared Services SA and Government Agencies receivingservices.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain asatisfactory SAPOL Clearance or General Employment Probity Check asdirected by Shared Services SA.
Shared Services will initiate appropriate background screenings forsuccessful applicants at Shared Services SA’s expense.Applicants should not initiate their own screening checks orclearances and doing so will not entitle the applicant toreimbursement from Shared Services SA of costs incurred.
