The Role & The Team

As part of our Contact Centre, you will be a part of a team focused on providing great Customer Service to our customers. You will report to one of our Claims Assist Team Leaders and will be provided with the opportunity to develop and grow your career in the insurance industry.

There will be opportunities for you to grow and develop in our technical claims space based in St Kilda Road, Melbourne. 

This opportunity will see you:

  • Answering inbound phone calls assisting our customers with lodging new motor claims, and helping with existing claims
  • Ensuring our customers receive efficient and effective service. 
  • Ensuring all calls are administrated in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and Adica policies. 
  • Provide a fantastic customer experience. 

We have several roles available for permanent full-time positions, with extensive in person training provided. 

At Adica Insurance, we work in a hybrid working environment, which means you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and come into the office 2 days a week. 

These roles are based out of our Warragul office in East Gippsland. 

Your Skills & Experience

No relevant experience is required for the role, as we provide comprehensive and in-depth training for all successful candidates. 

However, it is critical for you to have: 

  • A genuine passion to assist customers and exceed their service expectations. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resilience and self-motivation to work remotely. 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, but supportive environment. 
  • A drive to grow and progress in the insurance industry. 

Whilst not essential, previous call centre experience will be highly regarded.
