Seeking proactive and personable Customer Service Officers to deliver exceptional Customer Service in a fast-paced environment. 
Based in Macquarie Park - Full or Part Time (Part time - 4 days)
Permanent Opportunity - Permanent Visa Holders Only (No WHV/Student Visas)

What you will be doing:
Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls 
Create unique and tailored experiences for customers - exceptional Customer Service
Processing Financial Admin - i.e reviewing invoices
Data entry into system
Team collaboration 
Ad-hoc Office duties
About you: 
Experience working in a call centre is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and resolution skills
Interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail 
Customer service and/or clerical experience 
Computer literacy
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
