Customer Service Operator - Sport & Racing

We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Operator to join and help drive the growth of our new wagering platform, PlayWest. This exciting role is responsible for providing world Customer Service via our inbound, live-chat and email channels. 

We are proudly 100% Western Australian owned and operated, located in Perth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Multi-channel Customer Service support – manage customer inquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly
• Build and maintain customer relationships to improve the customer experience and build loyalty 
• Seek and collate customer feedback and share with supervisor  
• Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technology faults that customers might be facing 
• Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills 
• Educate customers on platform products and features 
• Maintain high standard of responsible gambling practices

The successful candidate demonstrates;

• Proven experience in Customer Service roles, preferably within the online wagering and gaming industry but not essential 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• The ability to develop professional relationships with clients from diverse  backgrounds 
• A positive and professional attitude and are team and business-focused
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities
• Availability to weekends
