Working as a Travel Centre Consultant, you will be provide a high level of Customer Service to local and international travelers making the interstate train journey between Melbourne and Sydney. This is an ideal ongoing casual role for a university student, or someone who wants flexible working hours to accommodate their work life balance, offering shifts between 7am - 8pm with 20+ hours available per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact at Travel Centre, providing excellent face-to-face Customer Service to travelers
- Managing and assisting travel bookings through the Travel Management System
- Coordinating and leading coach replacements, ensuring customers complete their journey seamlessly
To be successful in this position you will have a positive approach towards Customer Service and have prior knowledge of a booking or database system. As you will be interacting with a wide range of people, a second language will be considered favourable but not necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen with a valid Working With Children check and the ability to obtain a clear police check.
