What does the job look like?
Provide HR advice and support to employees from front-line to management, across all Linfox Government and Defence sites nationally. Key areas:
- Offer guidance to the business unit across various sites and states to build leadership capability and equip leaders with the skills to effectively manage their team
- Assist with the performance and development planning cycle (including coaching people leaders) to improve the quality of performance and development conversations and outcomes
- Investigate employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary processes and recommend appropriate actions
- Analyse available people and data reports and make recommendations to address key highlights
- Administration of all employee engagement initiatives such as Reward & Recognition Programs and Employee Engagement Initiatives
Are you the one?
You can demonstrate:
- Experience working in an HR field including ability to run investigations autonomously
- Bachelor of HR or similar degree
- Flexibility to work three or four days across Monday to Thursday
