About the role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for members, providing support, guidance, and solutions relating to Financial Services and wealth management.
Duties
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to members, addressing inquiries promptly via various channels.
- Assist members with transactions and educate them on superannuation products.
- Collaborate internally to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry regulations for compliance.
- Previous experience in Customer Service roles within the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of superannuation products and industry regulations is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on active listening.
- Ability to empathize with members and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
