The Role Reporting directly to the Technical Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Taking incoming calls is the first point of contact with wholesalers & distributors
Quoting on products to customers
Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow-up calls
Answering inquiries via email providing information in regards to the products offered
Proactively managing customer orders to provide On Time Deliveries and where not proactively updating them
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, services and systems
Responsible for reporting process and stock quality matters to management and entering accurate data into quality systems
Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders
About you
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Previous Customer Service or call centre experience required
A high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of SAP or Excel would be beneficial
A self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
