As our new Superstar Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our relentless pursuit of best value whilst providing outstanding Customer Service along the way!
The Role
Based in our inner-city office (Southbank) and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have national responsibilities for the provision of quality Customer Service across all glass products and would have an integral role within the supply chain function.
This is a busy and highly varied role whereby you be kept challenged by tasks through Customer Service as well as managing customer relationships effectively and in line with Visy Values.
Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to:
- Customer support for orders and relevant interaction across email and phone
- Order management in a timely / accurate manner
- Liaise with the internal Account managers & other departments as required to achieve customer requirements and schedules
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, new customer setups etc
In order to be successful in this challenging role you will:
- Have solid experience in Customer Service (within the manufacturing industry will be a huge advantage)
- Possess exceptional communication skills to establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all activities coupled with a strong team attitude
- Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who thrives within a fast-paced environment
- Need to love detail! High level attention to detail is a must in this role
- Database experience is a requirement
